The brain is a record of the past much like a computer system; it runs the programs that it already knows based on memories of the past. Every day we wake up with the same thoughts, the same routines, the same feelings based on the emotional records stored in our brains and our bodies created by past experiences. “We are not being defined by a vision of the future but a routine of the past.” Says Dr. Joe Dispenza, a pioneer in the science and spirituality of the brain. “You can’t create a new future if you are addicted to the emotions of the past.”

Change needs action. Typically people won’t change a habit or a pattern unless that habit or pattern creates some level of discomfort in their lives. That action can be introducing new thoughts. Positive thoughts.
